Where do I begin? We purchased a rental property last year and got it leased. The previous owners used Edwin and his company so I thought I'd give them a try when the need arose. Our indoor compressor needed to be changed out AND, since our home warranty didn't cover it, we had to replace.He was out promptly to check the system out. Filled the unit with Freon so our tenant was comfortable in between coordinating schedules to get the unit replaced. They showed up ON TIME (which is one of my pet peeves He told me how much time it would take and they were right on.In the meantime, I had 2 clients that needed service and he was out within a couple of days and they texted me to let me know how happy they were. I will definitely continue to use Edwin and Optimo Air and Heat LLC and recommend them to my clients. He made me look like a HERO! He was also very personable and his crew was great. I can't say enough good things about Edwin and Optimo Air and Heat LLC! My mom's heater went out over Christmas and it was 35 degrees. We had gotten several bids and all said it needed to be replaced, but Edwin was the only one who said he could get the heater working so my mom would be comfortable. He got the heater working AT NO CHARGE!! He said that would give him time to order the parts and replace the heating and air conditioning units. He also had the best bid. Best bid and best service!
